Winter boat storage at a storage facility is a great option for boat owners who want to keep their boats safe and protected during the winter months and who do not need access to them during the season. With winter storage, you pay for your storage up front for 6 months, which means you don't have to worry about making monthly payments. We also offer discounts for longer-term storage, so it's a great option if you're looking to save money. This is different from our standard storage options. Standard storage options allow you to access your boat 24/7 whereas if you select winter storage, there are certain dates for drop off and pick up.

Yes, we offer month to month boat storage options. You can cancel at any time.

·          Major repairs or maintenance on any vehicle is prohibited ·         No dumping any fluid whatsoever from your vehicle ·         Zero accumulation of trash or debris unless it is on a trailer ·         No cab-over or pickup-bed campers shall be stored on jacks, blocks; these must remain with the accompanying truck or a ·         trailer that meets the above criteria ·         No disposing of batteries, vehicle parts, or any hazardous materials on facility grounds ·         Use of any of the facilities property such water hoses, faucets, electrical outlets, or any other item is strictly prohibited ·         All holding tanks must be emptied before placing a boat in the stall. No cleaning, emptying or dumping of holding tanks is permitted while the boat is on MSI LLC property. ·         Owner is prohibited from performing any work on the stored property. No repairs, engine work, mechanical work, fiberglass work, construction or painting is allowed. ·         MSI LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by or to the stored property resulting from any condition, act or occurrence of whatsoever nature.

·         Gas tanks should be removed from boats. ·         Battery cable shall be disconnected from vehicle battery ·         Drip pans shall be used for all vehicles ·         Any valuable items shall be removed from vehicles ·         Owner of vehicle is responsible for moving vehicle into and out of building,

$50.00 each month account is delinquent plus monthly rent. Note: Patrons who fail to pay the full monthly fee by the 5th day of the month shall be considered late. MSI ENTERPRISES, LLC . will provide a 10day grace period to allow patrons to respond to late notices. An MSI ENTERPRISES, LLC . staff member will provide one courtesy call and/or email to patrons after which, the late fee shall be added to your monthly fee. If the customer has not responded with payment by the 10th day, MSI ENTERPRISES, LLC . Management will take the following steps:   ·         Provide one (1) written warning of our intention to take action to have property removed as abandoned per Indiana State Regulations, or begin lien procedures with Indiana State Dept. of Motor Vehicles (I.C. 9-22-6-2, IN ST 9-22-6-2). ·         Collection procedures may include garnishment of pay ·         Loss of privileges to use MSI ENTERPRISES, LLC .
